Our server are located in The Hague in The Netherlands. We also have servers available in multiple other locations: Hong Kong, our dmca free offshore servers, Russia and our bulletproof data center.

Do you offer support on these servers?

Yes, we offer free standard support for all our services. We do our best to accommodate you with any request. We also provide full server management service with off-site backup and proactive monitoring or hourly rates if you need a sysadmin.

What payment methods do UnderHost accept?

We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets, and dozens of payment methods from around the world via Stripe. We also support PayPal, Skrill and Bitcoin. We do not support automated recurring billing via PayPal, Skrill and Bitcoin. So we would strongly recommend using a credit card if you are paying month-to-month and want a subscription.
