Top-Notch Service and Support. I've been using UnderHost for my online bag store since July 2022, and I gotta say, they've been amazing. The service has always gone beyond what I expected, and the team is always there to help me out whenever I need it. When I first signed up, they made it easy for me to move my website to their servers. Their control panel is also really simple to use, which has made it easy for me to manage everything on my website, like my email accounts and databases. My website's uptime has been awesome since I started hosting with them. I haven't had any problems with downtime or slow loading times, which is important for me because I need my website to make sales. Their customer service is also really great. Whenever I need help or have a question, they're quick to respond and always super friendly. They really go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with their service. All in all, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable web hosting service. They've been awesome for me, and I'm really glad I found them.

Some downtime does occur, however problems are normally rectified pretty quick and are infrequent. I recently came back after selling off my sites. I just want to say I think they may still be the best available! Everything seems to be done instantly. Customer service cannot be better. It's the BEST! Whenever I have a question, someone is quickly answering it. When I mess things up, someone quickly fixes the mess up. Up time rivals anyone. They always let you know what's going on if there is a downtime or before if they know it's going to happen. They always adjust your price based on the SLA if there is more than a little downtime. I just cannot say enough good things about them to everyone.
