Monthly Update
Your backup is accessible online, one time per month we will take the data and store it into your own hard drive into a vault in our office, if you need to access the drive in our vault, you can simply open a ticket to get the volume mounted on your online backup access to retrive the data or to update files as needed. Each 1st of each month unless specified otherwise, we will copy the data from your online access to your dedicated drive in our vault.
Vault Safe Storage
Storing your data in an immutable format not only safeguards it from potential threat and loss but also offloads data from primary storage to free up space for active data, significantly reducing the size, cost and complexity of backups. We use Sentry Safe fire and a water-resistant safe vault to store the hard drive in our office. We have a security system with biometric access and 24/7 camera surveillance of our building to make sure everything is safe.
Secure Worldwide Shipping
Suppose you want your external hard drive shipped to you or a copy of your vault secured data. In that case, we will have the invoice generated for the packing materials and handling, retail physical media cost and shipping. We will ensure the drive is secure and deliver it to you worldwide.
