Can you migrate my existing WordPress site?
Yes - our team handles the full migration free of charge. We transfer files, databases, and email, and coordinate the DNS cutover to minimize downtime. Just share your current host credentials and we'll take it from there.
How fast are your WordPress servers?
With server-level nGinx FastCGI cache, PHP 8.5, NVMe SSD storage, and Redis object cache, we target sub-300ms full page loads and 80–160ms TTFB for cached pages. Pagespeed scores typically reach 90–98.
Do you offer a staging environment?
Every plan includes a 1-click staging site. Test plugin updates, theme changes, or custom code on an isolated copy before pushing changes live. Staging sites are private and don't impact production performance.
How do you handle WordPress updates?
We manage automatic core updates and offer optional managed plugin/theme updates. You'll be notified before major updates. If an update causes an issue, we can roll back from your daily backup immediately.
How long are backups retained?
All plans include 14 days of daily off-site backups. Restoring any backup is one click from your dashboard. Extended retention options are available on request.

SEO Services
On-page SEO audits, content strategy, link building, and keyword research are not part of hosting support.
Very High-Traffic Sites
Sites receiving millions of monthly visits or very large WooCommerce stores may outgrow shared hosting. We will recommend our Managed Business Hosting or VPS at that point.
cPanel Root Access
Managed hosting is a managed environment. Direct server-level SSH root access is available on Cloud VPS or dedicated servers.
Domain Registration Fees
Domain names are sold separately. MultiWP annual plans include one free domain - all others are billed at standard registration rates.
