Most standard migrations complete within 24–48 hours of receiving access credentials. Complex or large-scale migrations may take longer - we'll give you a clear timeline before starting.
Will my website go down during migration?
We plan every migration to keep your site live throughout. The new environment is fully built and tested before any DNS change is made. Most customers experience zero observable downtime.
What does the Professional Migration service include?
It covers complex setups: custom platforms, server-to-server transfers, multi-site, advanced databases, Plesk or DirectAdmin migrations, emergency work, and any situation where a standard cPanel transfer isn't possible.
What control panels does your migration service support?

Can you migrate my email accounts too?
Yes. Email accounts, forwarders, autoresponders, and mailbox content are all migrated. We also handle DNS MX record updates to ensure uninterrupted email delivery throughout the cutover.

Your original hosting environment stays intact and unchanged until you confirm everything is working. If needed, DNS can be reverted immediately. We stay on-call for 24 hours post-go-live to address any issues.
