In which country location is your offshore dedicated server based?

Our default offshore server are located in Netherlands. We also have servers available in multiple other locations: Hong Kong, Caribbean Islands, Russia and our Bulletproof datacenter.

Do you offer support on these servers?

Yes, we offer free standard support for all our services. We do our best to accommodate you with any request. We also provide full server management service with off-site backup and proactive monitoring or hourly rates if you need a sysadmin.

What payment methods do UnderHost accept?

Are your servers and networks DDoS protected?

We do have DDoS protection againts large attack directly at our backbone but the smaller one need to be filtred on the server side, using reverse proxy like nginx and external service like CloudFlare.
