This alert comes from cPanel's service monitor (chkservd) when it cannot reach the SSH service. First check whether SSH really is down: systemctl status sshd. If it is stopped, test the configuration with sshd -t, fix the error it shows, and start it with /scripts/restartsrv_sshd. If SSH works but the alert continues, the monitor is probably checking the wrong port after a port change. Use your provider's console if you cannot log in at all.
cURL comes in two parts. The curl command is part of the operating system: install or update it with dnf install curl and check it with curl --version. PHP's cURL extension, which WordPress, WHMCS and most payment plugins need, is installed per PHP version in WHM > EasyApache 4 (package ea-phpXX-php-curl). Check it with php -m | grep -i curl.
As root, run /scripts/pkgacct USERNAME /backup to package one cPanel account (files, databases, email and settings) into /backup/cpmove-USERNAME.tar.gz. Copy the file off the server. To restore it on the same or another cPanel server, put the file in /home and run /scripts/restorepkg /home/cpmove-USERNAME.tar.gz. Restoring over an existing account replaces its data, so test first.
