Where are your Cloud VPS servers located?
You can choose to host in our North America-based facility or our Offshore datacenter. Both facilities offer excellent global speeds. For optimal performance, we recommend selecting the facility closest to your primary visitors unless offshore hosting is necessary.
Is there a limit to how many websites I can host on Cloud VPS?
No, there are no limits. You can partition and organize the Cloud VPS as needed to host multiple websites or applications. To make management easier, you can install a web hosting control panel such as DirectAdmin, aaPanel, or cPanel.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my VPS plan?
Yes, we offer scalable solutions. You can upgrade or downgrade your VPS plan at any time to meet your changing needs.
What type of customer support do you offer?

What payment methods are accepted at UnderHost?
We accept a wide range of payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, mobile wallets, and multiple global payment methods via Stripe. Additionally, we accept PayPal, Skrill, and Bitcoin. Please note, however, that we do not support automated recurring billing through PayPal, Skrill, or Bitcoin. For monthly subscriptions, we recommend using a credit card.

Setup is typically completed within 6 hours during business hours. Outside of business hours, we ask for up to 24 hours. In rare cases, setup may take up to 48 hours, as all orders are manually reviewed and set up by our team.
Do you offer any guarantees on your services?
Yes, we guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If uptime falls below this threshold in any month, we offer compensation in the form of credits, up to 50% of the monthly service fees for affected servers.
Do you provide backup services?
Yes, we offer regular automatic backups as an addon for our Cloud VPS services to ensure your data is safe and can be restored in case of any unforeseen issues.
