How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

Step-by-Step Guide to Managing Email Accounts in cPanel

1. Accessing Email Accounts in cPanel

  • Log into your cPanel dashboard.
  • Navigate to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.
  • Here, you’ll see a list of all existing email accounts under your domain.

2. Managing an Existing Email Account

  • To change an email password, click on Manage next to the account.
  • To adjust storage limits, modify the Quota settings.
  • You can delete an email account if it’s no longer needed.

3. Accessing Webmail

  • To check emails online, click Check Email next to the desired account.
  • Select your preferred webmail client (Roundcube or Horde).
  • You can also log in directly via yourdomain.com/webmail.

4. Setting Up Email on Devices

  • To configure your email on Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile devices, click on Connect Devices.
