Click <strong>Manage<\/strong> on a domain to see the exact records and any warnings.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"step-3-copy-records-to-external-dns\" style=\"color:#0D1F3C;font-size:28px;line-height:1.25;margin:34px 0 14px;scroll-margin-top:90px;\"><i class=\"fas fa-globe\" style=\"color:#00D4FF;\"><\/i> Step 3: copy records to external DNS<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 18px;\">If the domain&#8217;s nameservers point elsewhere, cPanel cannot change the records. Click <strong>Manage<\/strong>, copy the &#8220;suggested&#8221; values, and add them at your DNS provider. The tool shows the name the IP should point to, usually the server hostname. Ask support to set it, and make sure the hostname also points back to the IP with an A record.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"step-5-add-dmarc\" style=\"color:#0D1F3C;font-size:28px;line-height:1.25;margin:34px 0 14px;scroll-margin-top:90px;\"><i class=\"fas fa-envelope\" style=\"color:#00D4FF;\"><\/i> Step 5: add DMARC<\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 18px;\">Email Deliverability focuses on SPF, DKIM and PTR.
