Do you have Domains that are not handled by VeriSign or Afilias? If so what are they? Also if I decide to buy hosting from you can I pay with a money order or send you gift card? if that is acceptable how would I go about it? Do I sign up and then send you an e-mail how would it work?

You should contact billing for your payments method via ticket, we do accept money order for sure but I'm not sure about gift card. and All cTLD such has .ca .nl .eu are not handled by VeriSign or Afilias
