I paid and buyed Offshore hosting package and would know when it will be activated ?

Is it supposed to be done automaticly or manually by your staff ?

Yes, Stated on your welcome email account are activated within 24 hour.

It usually take between 2 to 6 hour to get it setup, since we need to verify your orders to secure your transaction to protect you as buyer and us as company.

I have also ordered webhosting from you and have the pending setup.

Im not been funny and fully understand why you have to verify orders these days BUT why is your website advertising Free and fast setup?? Personally i dont call 24hours fast. Maybe this should be changed to setup within 24hours??

Account are usually setup within few minute to few hour, in any case we ask for 24 hour depending mostly on your fraud score, if your information are accurate it should not take more than 6 hour which is fast setup

I signed up for my account yesterday and paid for it at the same time. Not only is my account still not set up after 24hrs, but today you send me a overdue invoice? Whats the hold up? Shouldn't signing up for a hosting account be automatic, like all the other hosting compainies?

I purchased an offshore account yesterday and all was (I thought) going well. I got the email from Underhost to transfer my domain and approved it. I got the email from my old host asking to transfer the domain out and approved it. I had several questions last night and tech support was super fast to answer. I discussed them migrating my Wordpress for me and all was good.

This morning they said it was being worked on and I should have nameservers by tonight. It's now 11:16pm my time and I can't even get a response to my ticket requests.

It's been well over 24 hours and my account says pending.

Help?

Hello,

Can you PM your ticket ID? setup are done before 48 hour that's for sure but if you requested custom setup, transfers cPanel account and such it may take more time to get it activated.
