Apparently it finally got set up. I'm still not sure how to set up the nameservers though. I was told I could change them on my old host to prevent downtime but since you guys transferred the domain I can't access it there now.

I have no idea what is going on and I suppose a portion of that is because I haven't had to change webhosts in about 10 years and I knew how their stuff worked. I have no clue how this cpanel stuff works. I have a ticket in now that I haven't gotten any response to. It is 959768

Personally i dont call 24hours fast. Maybe this should be changed to setup within 24hours??
