UnderHost office building was damaged on 31 December and our office was flooded! The servers, printers and some workstations were drenched. I spent part of last week cleaning up, shifting furniture etc so the water could be mopped up! The carpet cleaning guys have just finished, we expect the carpets will take a while to dry out.
At this stage the waterlogged pc's are drying out on another local were turned off at the time and should be ok), and we will move back to our office between 20/27, however we expect that we will be a little slow responding to email & support issues over the next week (delay to ticket may get up to 24hour) or so as we get our machines up & running (or restore from backups if need be) and only one technical staff/sales person will be up remotely and most our staff are in vacation during the same week.
(We are currently working remotely since 31th December)
