Hello, Hiring support staff are something we need to full fit our ticket support rating and response time.

Since we are self owned company, we doesn't hire outsourced company which need to escalate ticket every time you submit one and extent to which our employees earn stock options in the company directly relates to their performance for our clients.

We only hire passionate professionals who take a personal interest in and are personally invested in your success.

We are pleased to announce the return of Mr. Brousseau into our sales payroll and we announce two new support staff, Those are currently in training in-house and don't reply to customers yet, but should be fully trained and online via support in a couple of week.

The ticket system will be also a bit modified and updated (you should notice some unavailability on our cP for a couple of minute during upgrade until 01/10
