At the time of writing this review, I've been with them for 7 months, using "UnderOFFSHORE Shared" and what can I say? I'm more than happy with their services.

The initial setup took a little longer, but that's because of the time difference between countries and the fact that I purchased said service on a weekend. Their uptime is great, some people tend to abuse shared services which causes the sites under that server to collapse, but they get it fixed quickly and the best of it, is that because of their new updates and changes, this kind of abuse is no longer possible or at least won't affect your websites at all.

Speaking about websites, I hold 6 other domains with UnderHost (they let me host 13), all of them are under my own account and none of which has had problems before, just a change to DNS settings and your sites will be up really soon.

Customer support is great, even though I've sent several support tickets they get answered in a very professional and curteous manner. Some of those tickets took a little longer to get replied, but they make it up by the fact that you will rarely need to contact support, you just get your host and you're up and running!

Security is awesome, thanks to their changes and some new updates and a partnership with cloudflare your website (s) will have little to none downtime, and hackers will have a really bad time trying to destroy your work.

Price is perfect for the services they provide, the one i have right now is equivalent of a medium VPS perhaps, without spending a lot of money.

All in all, UnderHost gets a 10/10 from me, i'm looking forward to continue doing business with them! I highly recommend them and a big thanks to all the staff!
