UnderHost Review (Negative/Positive)
I have been using UnderHost for almost a year. Their services are great and their customer support is good.
However, Here is the bad part.
Something definitely went wrong and I have yet to have it resolved. My server went down and states 100% uptime. I've created two tickets 24 hours ago and 12 hours ago.
I am not sure what is taking so long but my server has been down over a day now and that is revenue not made. Which we generate about 75-125 a day. They advised us to get a dedicated server and we purchased, but now makes me wonder the service I have purchased.
If all is not resolved, it would best be in everyone's interest to know what UnderHost is capable.
Michael Vincent the CEO has been great help but this is just unacceptable to have a server down for over 24 hours and not contacting a customer about the issue prior or after the fact.
