We do have enough staff to provide live sales chat, but our aim with "live sales chat" it's simply to be able to have conversation with a client if we need, or if our client want to discuss about his project and need help while ordering on request.
Ticketing is the best way to do as it keep records for further need, provide you space to attach files and space to explain correctly your problem, so we can efficiently update the ticket and provide fix and/or response.
Sales are mostly 24/7 currently, only billing work during business hour from Monday to Friday but sales staff handle billing also on the weekend if needed that's might delay a bit the reply, but we aim to have them resolved within few hour.
